What they need
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year course preferably in Education or Human Resources.
- With at least 6 months to 1 year related work experience in doing orientation or trainings. Teaching experience in school is also accepted.
- Experience as Service Crew in Food and Beverage Industry is required
- Knowledge in video editing is a plus
- With good presentation and public speaking skill
Job Description:
- Conducts orientation.
- Assist in the Training and Development of the employees.
- Store visits and training.
- Assist in making training activities, training videos and manuals.
- Encoding and filing of training records.
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
