About the role
The Training Assistant is responsible for onboarding, training, and evaluation of store personnel for deployment to various outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and master company standard operating procedures and training material
- Conduct onboarding orientations and training days weekly
- Administer training exams and evaluate trainee performance
- Adjust to new or changing protocol
- Gather feedback from trainees
About you
- College Degree graduate in the field of business
- At least 5 years' experience in the Food Industry
- Engaging and willing to regularly speak in public
