Training Assistant

Responsible for designing, conducting and facilitating training programs for Marketing Support Staff (MSS) regular & trainees, ensuring that every MSS is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to achieve their targets.

Qualification:

1. Graduate of any 4-year course; background in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business,

2. At least 1-2 years experience in training, coaching, facilitation, or team supervision preferably in marketing, sales or customer services field.

3. Willing to be assigned to any area covered by the company.

• 30% fieldwork

• 70% office.

4. With strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to design, prepare, and devlier training materials and programs.

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per month
