Training Assistant (Part-time)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support for all training sessions:

• Face-to-face sessions:

  • Set up training venues and equipment
  • Monitor and record participant attendance during in-person sessions
  • Provide onsite support to trainers
  • Handle participants’ enquiries and evaluation

• Virtual sessions:

  • Set up training equipment
  • Guide participants in using Zoom features and offer support via phone call when needed
  • Monitor and record participant attendance during in-person sessions
  • Support trainers to deliver online activities via the adoption of various functions, such as polling, breakout room, etc.
  • Handle participants’ enquiries and evaluation via Chatbox

• Perform administrative tasks, including documentation handling, data entry and record keeping

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the training sessions

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in any discipline, university students and homemakers are welcome
• Experience with virtual training
• Effective communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Keen sense of responsibility
• Experience in training administration and education support is an advantage
