Training Assistant / Specialist

Responsibilities and Duties

• Contribute in the design and development of sales and technical training curriculum and content by working closely with Training, Sales and Technical Managers and frontline personnel to understand and prioritize training needs.
• Contribute in the development of a comprehensive curriculum that raises new and existing sales and technical professionals to a high standard of product and functional expertise which includes: New sales and technical hire training; Product knowledge accreditation; Ongoing sales process / methodology training
• Identify and measure indicators of successful training, and use these data to drive continuous improvement in the curriculum
• Work with third parties to develop training content, when necessary
• Deliver training modules directly to sales and technical personnel
• Explore and utilize various training media to reach all sales and technical personnel

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Agriculture major in Animal Science, specialized in Animal Nutrition, Post-graduate diploma would be an advantage
• Experience as a Training Assistant/Specialist for at least 1 year in a sales-driven organization, preferably in the animal feed industry, primarily focused on training field personnel (specifically new hires and existing sales personnel) would be an advantage
• Experience as Technical Support (Animal Nutritionist, Research & Development Specialist, Technical Staff and the likes) for at least 1 year in a company selling animal feeds or animal feed additives also an advantage
• Willing to go on field work with frontline staff, to identify the needs of the trainees and appreciate the challenges of intended trainees
• Knowledgeable or can be trained in the use of Training Needs Analysis, module and training framework development and use of various training methodologies
• Skilled or can be trained in group facilitation, adult training and presentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
