Training Associate

Training Program Development & Delivery

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive training programs based on identified business and employee needs.
• Support needs analysis and instructional design to ensure training programs are relevant, practical, and aligned with business objectives.
• Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, simulations, and other learning resources.
• Create assessments and evaluations to measure learning effectiveness and training outcomes.
• Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at different levels, both in-person and online.
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, feedback, and evaluation results.

Training Support & Administration

• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, participant registration, and other administrative requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to employees and managers regarding training-related concerns, questions, and requirements.
• Assist in the administration and continuous improvement of existing training programs.
• Regularly review and update training materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.

Performance Support & Improvement

• Partner with department managers and key stakeholders to identify employee training needs and performance gaps.
• Analyze training data, feedback, and evaluation results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend enhancements to training programs based on business needs, employee feedback, and learning outcomes.
• Develop practical learning and performance support solutions that help employees apply new knowledge and skills on the job.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure training programs and materials are aligned with relevant regulations, company policies, and internal standards.
• Maintain consistent quality across training programs and delivery.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness, learner engagement, and overall program quality.

Requirements

• Fluent in Cebuano and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees across different levels and backgrounds.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and other digital tools used for training coordination and administration.
• Strong employee support skills, with the ability to address training-related questions, concerns, and needs.
• Good analytical skills, particularly in reviewing training data, feedback, and evaluation results.
• Working knowledge of training-related compliance requirements, regulations, and company policies.
