TRAINING ASSOCIATE

Dermesse Inc. is looking for a motivated and organized Training Associate to join our growing team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and conducting employee training programs.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and other learning resources.
• Coordinate training schedules, venues, attendance, and other logistics.
• Assist in facilitating onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Monitor training attendance, participation, and completion.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering employee feedback.
• Coordinate with different departments to identify training needs.
• Support the development and improvement of training programs and materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of work experience in the FMCG industry is required.
• Experience in training, employee development, onboarding, or facilitation is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Willing to conduct training sessions and coordinate with employees from different departments.
