Training Associate

Key responsibilities

• Develop, design and deliver comprehensive training programmes for paramedics and ambulance service personnel, including induction training, skills refresher courses and emergency response protocols
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of paramedic competencies to identify learning needs and gaps in clinical knowledge and practical skills
• Provide hands-on training and mentoring to ambulance staff, ensuring adherence to best practice standards and clinical guidelines
• Maintain detailed training records, documentation and attendance logs for all staff training activities and programmes
• Collaborate with senior clinicians and emergency medicine specialists to ensure training content remains current, evidence-based and aligned with regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Paramedic Sciences, or a related discipline
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare training, clinical education, paramedic services or emergency medical response
• Solid knowledge of ambulance operations, paramedic protocols and emergency medical procedures
