We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Training Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, compliance, quality, and growth of our training center in Abu Dhabi.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who understands the UAE healthcare training environment and has hands-on experience with ACTVET, DOH, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the training center.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor training programs and activities.
• Ensure compliance with ACTVET requirements, accreditation standards, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate DOH accreditation and regulatory approval processes.
• Maintain training center documentation, records, policies, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with trainers, instructors, clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor training quality, learner satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Support the development of new training programs and business opportunities.
• Lead the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Abu Dhabi-based experience in a Training Center — mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of ACTVET requirements and accreditation processes.
• Practical experience with DOH accreditation and healthcare-related regulatory approvals.
• Experience managing training programs, compliance, operations, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of the UAE training and healthcare regulatory environment.
• Candidates without relevant UAE Training Center experience will not be considered.
