• Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Training Centre Manager to lead and drive the learning and development function across our organization. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and continuously improving training and development programs that enhance employee capability, support business growth, and strengthen organizational performance.

The successful candidate will lead the training team, develop training strategies and roadmaps, deliver internal training programs, and collaborate with business leaders to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual training and development plan for employees at all levels.
• Lead and manage the Training Centre team, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and develop competency-based learning programs.
• Design, develop, review, and continuously improve training curricula and learning materials.
• Develop Training Roadmaps to support employee development and career progression.
• Coordinate and oversee internal and external training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver training programs as an internal trainer and facilitate key corporate learning initiatives.
• Manage the training budget and training-related resources.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external training providers to support organizational development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Support HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment) training and employee awareness programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a medium to large organization.
• At least 3 years of experience in training and development management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, or knowledge transfer.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and training program design.
• Strong knowledge of Learning & Development, Training Needs Analysis, Career Development, and Training Roadmap development.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Good command of Thai and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
