หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- จัดทำแผนฝึกอบรมประจำปีร่วมกับผู้จัดการแผนกได้
- จัดทำเอกสารส่งกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานได้
- ทำการประเมินผลการฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- ประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ เพื่อจัดกิจกรรมฝึกอบรมภายในองค์กรและภายนอกองค์กร
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการฝึกอบรมและเสนอแนะการปรับปรุง
- จัดทำฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่ (เตรียมรายชื่อ/เตรียมเอกสารคู่มือ/เป็นวิทยากร)
- จัดอบรมภายใน เตรียมสถานที่ , ห้องอบรม , ของเบรค และอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการอบรม
- ทำเอกสาร On The Job Training พนักงานใหม่
