Training Content Creator

Job Purpose

Develop engaging and effective digital learning content to support the distribution's training programs. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts and training teams to create various types of eLearning content, including interactive modules, videos, and assessments, ensuring they meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and effective eLearning content, including interactive modules, videos, and assessments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and training teams to create relevant and accurate eLearning content.
• Ensure eLearning content aligns with training objectives and business needs.
• Edit and proofread eLearning content to ensure it is free of errors and meets quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in eLearning content creation.
• Use authoring tools and multimedia software to create visually appealing and interactive eLearning content.
• Test eLearning materials to ensure they function properly and meet educational standards.
• Manage and maintain eLearning content on various platforms, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible.
• Provide support and training to team members on eLearning content creation tools and techniques.
• Engage with external vendors, universities, academies, and institutions to incorporate best practices and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
• Proven experience in e-learning content creation, scriptwriting, and storyboarding
