Training Coordination Specialist

We are looking for a "Training Coordination Specialist " teammate on behalf of our consumer device business operating in the field of Telecommunication located in Umraniye, Istanbul.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as a liaison between the Training Manager and Trainers.
• Managing examination and certification processes.
• Translating and preparing training materials and documentation.
• Preparing and publish monthly newsletters.
• Capable of analyzing, reporting and creating statistical data
• Preparing weekly reports, insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management;
• Monthly incentive calculation of the training team.
• Reporting related with training team executions.
• Developing the skills and competencies required to deliver both online and offline training sessions in the future.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and above;
• Preferably new graduate or 1 year of relevant work experience;
• Required Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Mathematical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant fields;
• Able to use MS Office;
• High proficiency with MS Excel and ability to analyze large data sets, ability to collect and review data in complex spreadsheets;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Turkish;
• Having strong communication and organization skills;
• Follow up and deadline oriented;
• Self-disciplined, result oriented, strong team player;
• Having presentation skills;
• Capable of focusing on all details.
