Training Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and delivery of L&D programs and initiatives.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful training content.

• Coordinate the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangement, and participant registration.

• Manage the learning management system (LMS) by uploading content, tracking completions, and generating reports.

• Support the administration and tracking of employee certifications and licenses.

• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives through surveys, assessments, and feedback.

• Facilitate the onboarding process by coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring the availability of necessary resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in training coordination or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

• Proficiency in learning management systems and other training software.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Familiarity with the luxury goods and jewelry industry is preferred. • A commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
