What they need
I’m reaching out regarding a Training Coordinator opportunity in Fairfield, OH.
This is an onsite, Monday–Friday, 6-month contract position with potential for extension.
The role focuses on:
- New hire onboarding and employee training
- On-the-job training and competency evaluations
- Manufacturing, Safety, Quality, and HR training support
- PIT/forklift assessments and recertification
- Training documentation, audits, and employee records
- Creating/updating training materials and work instructions
- Process audits and continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen/KATA
- Supporting manufacturing operations and maintaining training standards
The primary shift is first shift, with flexibility to support or potentially work second shift being a strong plus.
