Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Plan batches and allocate trainers/resources after enrollment.
Handle and support clients throughout the training program.
Act as a bridge between learners and trainers to ensure smooth coordination.
Resolve customer queries and provide timely assistance throughout the training journey.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery.

What Were Looking For
1+ year of experience in Customer Support, Training Coordination or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Go-getter attitude with a customer-first approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Ability to manage multiple learners/clients and tasks efficiently.
