Training Coordinator Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate logistics for course delivery, including:

·                 Scheduling & communication of Instructors

·                Prepare classroom

·                Catering and equipment arrangements

2. Manage course registrations and enrollments, including:

·                Processing registrations and payments

·                Sending course materials and reminders

·                Tracking attendance and providing certificates

3. Support instructors, including:

·                Providing course materials and resource

·                Assisting with course preparation and delivery

·                Gathering feedback and evaluations

4. Monitor and report on course effectiveness, including:

·                  Analyzing participant feedback

·                  Tracking course outcomes and ROI

·                Identifying areas for improvement

5. Assist with course development and updates, including:

·                 Researching new course topics and formats

·                 Collaborating with subject matter experts

·                Updating course materials and content

6. Maintain accurate records and databases, including:

·                 Gather participant information and feedback

·                Training history and compliance records

·                Any assigned duty course schedules and registrations

. Checking of AR with accounts

7. Any other tasks assigned by the management

Skills and Qualifications:

·                1 years of experience in a training or coordination role

. Capable to use AI to get work done effectively

·                Excellent communication and organizational skills

·                Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems

·                Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·                Ability to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
