Training Delivery Specialist

This is a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for email marketing and campaign operations teams.
• Create curriculum, training materials, and workshops to support team development.
• Utilize LMS platforms, AI, and other technologies to enhance training delivery and measure effectiveness.
• Partner with marketing operations leaders and subject matter experts to improve workflows and training outcomes.
• Manage projects, workflows, and competing priorities in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Ideal Background:

• 4–5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Marketing Operations.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms, such as Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with HTML/CSS, email templates, and landing pages.
• Strong project management, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Instructional design certifications and experience with data visualization tools are a plus.
