Training Development Specialist

Job Summary

You will play a critical role in the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of learning programs. This position is perfect for someone who loves both strategy and execution behind effective learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or any related field
• 3+ years of Training/Learning & Development experience.
• Proven experience in providing Training and Development to corporate professionals.
• Experience in Needs Analysis.

Job Description

• Needs Analysis: Plan and conduct diagnostics for client engagements and prepare insight-rich final reports.
• Program Design: Research and create fresh, relevant content and experiential learning activities tailored to client needs.
• Material Development: Craft high-impact training materials — from workbooks and structured exercises to case studies and presentation decks.
• Delivery & Facilitation: Facilitate or support the facilitation of training programs, including energizers, simulations, and structured learning exercises.
• End-to-End Experience Management: Oversee planning, coordination, and seamless execution of learning sessions.
• Training Documentation: Capture session outputs including activity flow, trainer insights, key participant feedback, photos/videos, and questions raised.
• Reporting: Prepare professional post-workshop reports and documentation.
• Other Duties: Support ad hoc initiatives or projects as assigned.
