What they need
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs, including onboarding, service excellence, product knowledge, etc.
- Manage training calendar, scheduling, and administration (attendance, records, documentation)
- Develop and update training materials, and conduct staff assessments and evaluations
- Partner with outlet teams to identify training needs, monitor performance, and drive improvement plans
- Prepare training reports and support continuous learning initiatives
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training/F&B/retail
- ACTA or ACLP qualification preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Positive attitude and team player
