What they need
Conduct onboarding, induction and process training for new joiners.
Deliver training on delivery, picking, packing, stacking and safety processes.
Conduct refresher training and on-the-job coaching for existing employees.
Identify training needs
Required Candidate profile
Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Must have working knowledge of Gujarati language.
Ability to explain operational SOPs clearly and practically.
