Training Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective training programs for housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Conduct regular induction trainings for new hires to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in facility services.
• Provide on-the-job training to existing employees to enhance their skills in security services, including emergency response procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas of improvement in facilities operations and develop targeted training solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in facility services or related field (e.g., hospitality).
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, facility maintenance practices, and industry regulations.
• Ability to design engaging training curricula using various delivery methods (classroom instruction, online modules).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
