Training Executive

Work closely with the training team to identify training needs, plan, design and implement present/new training programs to achieve the desired learning outcomes and organizational requirements.

Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.

Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, training materials/manuals

Assist in preparing training budget and training plan/calendar.

Collaborate with Business Unit Heads to recommend/develop effective training programs to ensure continuous assessment of staff competency skills and gaps.

Conduct training programs for employees of the company, primarily in Customer Service, Leadership Skills, Soft Skills, etc., with high level of excellence in facilitation skills and active engagement with the employees.

Conduct Training Needs Analysis to assess the skills and knowledge within the organization and determine the types of training needed to ensure the growth of the employees and retain the existing talent pool of skilled staff.

Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of training services offered.

Co-ordinate, administrate and manage the HRDC grant application for training programmes.

Stay abreast of the new trends and tools for employee training development

General training administration duties and other ad-hoc assignments.
