Training Executive

About the role

Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the Training Centre and training for staff, coordinating and organising public, in-house and external training programmes. Liaise with trainers, clients, participants and external parties to ensure smooth delivery of training programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) training to employees
• Conduct internal training sessions and ensure effective delivery and employee participation
• Identify employees' training needs and ensure all required training is conducted according to the Annual Training Plan
• Monitor employee training attendance, completion and competency requirements
• Coordinate safety, health and environmental awareness programmed, toolbox talks and other relevant internal training
• Manage training schedules, registration, attendance, materials, venue arrangements and certificates
• Maintain accurate employee training records, evaluations and training history
• Conduct post-training evaluations and monitor training effectiveness
• Managed all the record for external training, sourcing the vendor and proposed to the management.
• Liaise directly with customers for the training required and preparing all required documents.
• Coordinate HRD Corp-related training arrangements and claims
• Handling all documents related to the training.
• Prepare training proposals, quotations, reports and other training-related documents

About you

• Safety background or OSH Coordinator Certificate (bonus)
• Ability to ensure training activities comply with company policies, procedures, safety requirements and relevant regulatory requirements
