Reporting to Training Manager.

Any Graduate with four year experience in compilation of appraisal data for competency mapping, manage and coordinate training programs for employees.

Responsible for

• Training need identification
• Preparation of training calendar
• Schedule training programs, and induction sessions.
• Communicate training schedules, venues, travelling plan and do's and dont's to participants
• Coordinate with internal and external trainers, and subject matter experts.
• Maintain attendance records, feedback forms, and training documentation.
• Track employee participation and completion of mandatory training programs.
• Prepare training reports, MIS etc.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback and support improvements to training programs.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Support the Training Manager/HR team with learning and development initiatives.
• Ensure training activities are conducted according to company policies and procedures.
• Monitoring small group involvement activities\Quality circles.
• Conducting behavioral training at workmen level and assisting in evaluation of effectiveness of training.

Desired Profile :

• 4-5 years of experience in Training Coordination or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Com, B.B.A., B.A.).
• Strong understanding of Training Analysis, Training Management, Training Needs Identification, and Training Planning principles.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
