Training Facilitator

Plan, develop, and deliver training programs while managing materials, administration, and ensuring effective implementation across the dealer network. Develop training curricula and learning modules based on business and competency needs, facilitate engaging training sessions, and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure learning objectives are achieved.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering field.
• Experience in training facilitation, public speaking, or learning & development (fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome).
• Knowledge and experience in developing training curricula, learning modules, and training materials.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both offline and online.
• Able to create engaging training materials, especially digital content.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple training activities and administrative tasks.
• Strong interest in technical training, particularly related to automotive or mechanical topics.
