Cong Caphe is a Vietnamese café brand from Hanoi, known for its coconut coffee, retro interiors and consistent in-store experience. We run six branches across Metro Manila and Bulacan plus a central commissary. We’re looking for a Training Head to build and run a training program that makes every branch serve the same Cong Caphe standard.

What you’ll do

• Build and run the full training program: onboarding for new hires, beverage and bar training, food safety, customer service, and cash handling
• Train all staff on Cong Caphe operations and beverage standards so every drink is made the same way at every branch
• Create a training calendar and lead regular refresher sessions across all six branches and the commissary
• Turn our operations manual into simple training materials staff will actually use: checklists, step-by-step guides, short videos and quizzes
• Run skills checks and certify staff before they work a station on their own
• Do regular store visits to check that standards are followed, and set up retraining where they’re slipping
• Develop crew into future shift leads and Restaurant Managers
• Track training completion, assessment scores and staff turnover, and send a monthly training report
• Work with HR on onboarding, and with Operations on any branch issues that call for training

What we’re looking for

• At least 4 years of experience in F&B, with at least 2 years in a training role (café, QSR or restaurant group preferred)
• Hands-on barista or beverage experience; you can make every drink on the menu and teach it
• Experience training staff across several branches
• Strong presenter and coach, comfortable teaching in English and Filipino
• Able to write clear SOPs, checklists and training modules
• Organized, with the follow-through to track who has been trained and who still needs it
• Willing to travel regularly between branches

Nice to have

• Food safety certification or experience training staff on food safety
• Experience working under franchise or international brand standards
• Experience opening new branches and training their staff

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
