About the role

There is currently a job opening “ Training Instructor ”, in Olympic Air Maintenance Training Organization (MTO). As a Training Instructor, you will be responsible to develop and deliver training and assessment activities. You are a perfect match if you are learning enthusiast and you have passion to share your knowledge via promoting the aviation culture.

What you will do:

• Exercise duties in accordance with MTO requirements and in adherence with Part-66 specifications, including AMO and CAMO Training Specifications.
• Conduct theoretical and/or practical training and perform examinations or assessments according to MTO procedures.
• Prepare the course material, classrooms, workshops and maintenance facilities for the assigned training courses.
• Maintain MTO quality standards at all times and generate all required training records.
• Collaborate with the Training Manager and MTO colleagues to monitor the training programme and the availability of training media, aircraft or simulators.

You fit , if you cover the following requirements :

• Sufficient experience in aviation maintenance and technical background.
• Adequate knowledge of the aviation regulatory framework.
• Τeaching experience will be considered an asset
• Proficiency in English language and knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to maintain integrity when performing examinations and safeguard the reputation of the organization.

And you have competence in:

• Presentation and influencing skills with a structured way of thinking.
• Time management and prioritizing skills.
• Adaptability, flexibility and empathy.
• Passion for constantly learning new things and having an impact on the organization.
• Sufficient verbal and written communication skills.
