  • Develop training schedules and implementation timelines in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support additional manufacturing facilities and supplier locations as business needs evolve.
  • Communicate integration progress, quality concerns, and improvement opportunities to leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in manufacturing training, technical training, or manufacturing process integration.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production processes, fabrication, quality control, and operational workflows.
  • Experience implementing standardized manufacturing processes and training teams on established operating procedures.
  • Experience conducting supplier quality audits and identifying opportunities for corrective action and process improvement.

  • Strong presentation, coaching, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to manufacturing facilities and supplier locations.
  • Ability to work onsite at the Duluth, GA facility when not traveling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting manufacturing facility acquisitions, operational integrations, or supplier transitions.
