Job Description:

As a Training Intern in OPPO, you will play a key role in supporting product launch initiatives and the coordination of training activities. Working closely with the Training Manager, you will be involved in a variety of responsibilities, including event planning, content creation, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure training materials are engaging and tailored for local markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with both internal and external launch processes and the execution of training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Launch Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating upcoming mobile product launches, supporting communication between internal and external teams.
• Event Planning and Execution: Organize and manage logistics for product launch events, ensuring all elements run smoothly and that feedback is gathered from attendees.
• Content Development and Localization: Develop training materials, videos, and graphics tailored to local markets; collaborate with design teams to ensure high-quality visuals.
• Training Material Creation: Support in creating engaging training presentations and documents, ensuring alignment with product and market needs.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions and events, creating reports to evaluate training effectiveness and areas for improvement.
• Shooting and Production Support: Assist with planning and coordinating product photoshoots and video shoots, including post-production editing.

Role Details

Location: BGC, Taguig (full-time onsite)

Duration: At least 300 hours / 4 months

Eligibility: Open to both academic and voluntary interns
