Training Internship

Responsibilities

• Support student consultation, student care, and class operations.
• Support the organization of webinars, workshops, and events.
• Support content creation, graphic/video design, and communication activities.
• Update student data and support student acquisition activities under guidance.

Requirements

• 3rd- or 4th-year university student who is interested in developing a career in Training, Marketing, or related fields.
• Dynamic, good communication skills, proactive, and responsible.
• Basic content writing skills; familiarity with AI tools, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent tools is a plus.
• Internship duration: 3 months.
• Flexible internship schedule based on the student’s class schedule and CO-WELL Tech Academy’s plan, with a commitment of 100 hours per month.
• Able to support some classes/events outside regular working hours according to the assigned schedule.
