Training Lead

We are currently hiring for our client who has more than 55 years of expertise and more than 500, 000 employees across 6 continents, delivers Global Information Technology, Consulting and Business Process Services, in Cognitive Computing, Hyper-automation, Robotics, Cloud, Analytics and Emerging Technologies for the international leading organizations across the world in diverse domains such as Aerospace and Defense, Capital Markets, Banking, Retail, Utilities, Platform and Software Products, Healthcare, Insurance, Oil and Gas and many others.

Position: Training Lead

Location: Remote across Hungary

Contract duration: RFP contract. Determined for 6-12 months (possible to get extended)

Type of contract: B2B Contract

Non-negotiable: Technical training delivery/TTT delivery, training experience for at least one SAP implementation or rollout, Romanian fluency

• Experience building role-based SAP curricula
• Experience managing localisation/multi-language training
• Experience delivering training readiness, attendance and go-live support
• Train the Trainer programme leadership
• Trainer certification approach
• Facilitation coaching
• Learning effectiveness measurement
• Content development governance
• Job aids and QRG design
• KT strategy and planning
• Training rollout management
• Training team management

Critical requirement:

• 2+ SAP training deployments
• Proven TTT delivery experience
• Fluent in Romanian Language
• Utility/Energy sector change exposure preferred
