Primary Responsibilities:

Often responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new dealer aftersales personnel, ensuring they receive comprehensive training. Assesses organizational training needs and designs, develops, and implements programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Creating training materials, managing budgets, coordinating learning events, evaluating program effectiveness, and ensuring training aligns with company goals.

Major Responsibilities:

• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects, programs, and budgets simultaneously
• Provide support for Dealer employee career advancement through various learning and development opportunities
• Oversee the onboarding and training of dealer aftersales personnel, ensuring employees receive the required technical, product, process, and customer service knowledge.
• Conduct training needs analysis and identify competency gaps across the dealer network to develop appropriate learning and development programs.
• Develop and implement technical and non-technical training programs covering automotive systems, diagnostics, aftersales operations, customer service, warranty, parts, safety, and other relevant areas.
• Create and continuously improve training curricula, modules, presentations, assessments, and learning materials using classroom, workshop, hands-on, e-learning, and blended learning methods.
• Plan and coordinate training programs, workshops, technical seminars, and other learning events, including scheduling, logistics, resources, and external training providers.

Qualifications:

• A college graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or any related course.
• Has at least 3-5 years of professional experience; strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects, programs, and budget simultaneously.
• Provide support for Dealer employee career advancement through various learning and development opportunities
• A strategic and creative mindset to align training strategies with organizational goals and address evolving workforce needs
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills to foster manpower development and contribute to overall business objectives
• Create training curricula and materials using various instructional methods, including e-learning, workshops and classroom training
• Oversee the delivery of training sessions and events, managing logistics and ensuring programs are executed efficiently
• Conduct Technical and Non-Technical Training

Hiring Date: August - September 2026

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Location: On-site

Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Workdays: Monday - Friday
