Have to Manage HDFC Bank partnership as trainer
Manage the entire lifecycle of a training program from planning to evaluation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training role within an insurance industry setting.
- Strong understanding of Bancassurance, Insurance Training, Product Training, Sales Training concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage audiences effectively.
