Training Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to join our team in Chachoengsao on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position that plays a vital role in developing our workforce and ensuring compliance with workplace training and assessment standards. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training programmes that enhance employee capabilities, foster professional growth, and support the organisation's objectives. You will work closely with senior management and department heads to identify training needs, implement best practices in workplace assessment, and create a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive workplace training programmes aligned with organisational objectives and industry standards
• Conduct training needs analyses across departments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
• Create and maintain training materials, including documentation, e-learning modules, and instructional resources
• Implement and manage workplace assessment systems to evaluate employee competency and learning outcomes
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions with relevant stakeholders, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
• Maintain comprehensive training records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure training content remains current and relevant to operational needs
• Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees on their development journey
• Lead the development of training policies and procedures to support a safe and compliant workplace environment

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in workplace training and assessment, ideally within a manufacturing or consumer goods environment
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering effective training programmes for diverse audiences
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training evaluation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Thai language proficiency is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
• Knowledge of workplace compliance requirements and safety standards
• Certification in training delivery, instructional design, or related training qualifications (desirable)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
