1 Role** Training Manager

2 Required Technical Skill Set** Trainer of any IP Telephony product

3 Desired Experience Range** 5 to 15

4 Location of Requirement  Pune

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Must have some technical training experience ( Any one of the IPTelephony product ( Cisco, Aavaya, Broadsoft )
• Must be abletocreate / curate content for training
• Must know howtomeasure the success of training , create KPIs, adhoc retraining sessions and maintain performance of trained associates once productionized.

Good-to-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Good knowledge on SIP - Optional but preferred
• Good knowledge on VOIP - Optional but preferred
• Good knowledge on Azure - Optional but preferred
• Good knowledge on Voice Recording solutions- Optional but preferred

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Must have the dynamismtotake up adhoc trainings for team members
• Must be oktolearn about new technologies associated with the product and teach the sametoteam
• Must be capable of managing inductions for new joiners and adhoc trainings for existing members
