Job Summary

Looking for a Training Manager with 5+ years of experience to manage end-to-end training activities across B2B, B2C, and B2Channel. The role involves training needs assessment, content development, conducting engaging sessions, and measuring training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs for employees and teams.
• Identify skill gaps and assess training needs through feedback and performance analysis.
• Develop training manuals, presentations, guides, and other learning materials.
• Conduct workshops, interactive sessions, and hands-on training programs.
• Deliver training across B2B, B2C, and B2Channel segments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance outcomes.
• Track training schedules, participation, and completion reports.
• Continuously update training content based on industry trends and business requirements.
• Use interactive and practical learning methods to improve engagement.
• Work closely with management and different departments to understand training requirements.
• Support employee skill development and continuous learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in training, learning development, or a similar role.
• Any Graduate qualification.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and public-speaking skills.
• Good understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Ability to train diverse audiences with different learning styles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive approach toward learning and development.
• Ability to work effectively with B2B, B2C, and B2Channel teams.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from Nagpur.
