Training Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a Training Manager who will lead the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to support employee performance, skills development, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs based on organizational and departmental needs.
• Conduct training needs assessments and identify employee development gaps.
• Create training plans, modules, materials, and learning activities.
• Facilitate and oversee training sessions for employees at different levels.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify training priorities and requirements.
• Monitor training attendance, completion, and effectiveness.
• Evaluate training results and recommend improvements.
• Develop onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
• Manage external training providers, speakers, and consultants when needed.
• Lead and supervise the Training and Development team.
• Support employee development, competency-building, and career development initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• With experience in training, learning and development, or organizational development.
• With supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experienced in developing training programs and learning materials.
• Knowledge of training evaluation and competency development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Willing to work Monday–Saturday, on-site.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
