Training Manager – Job Overview

Training Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs focused on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and operational standards. The role requires a highly driven and creative individual with strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills who can effectively engage employees across different levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate should be data-driven, adaptable, and capable of analyzing training performance and operational data to support business objectives. This role will closely coordinate with Store Operations and provide regular reports and insights through data analytics to improve team performance and training effectiveness.

Training Manager will also lead and manage training staff, including Supervisors and Officers, ensuring proper coaching, development, and alignment with company standards. The candidate must possess a strong personality, professional appearance, and the ability to create visually engaging and impactful training presentations and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for product knowledge, customer service, and operational processes.

• Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations for employees and store teams.

• Create visually appealing and effective training materials, modules, and presentations.

• Coordinate closely with Store Operations regarding training requirements and performance updates.

• Monitor and analyze training effectiveness through reports, performance metrics, and data analytics.

• Provide recommendations and action plans based on training and operational data.

• Lead, supervise, and mentor Training Supervisors and Officers.

• Ensure alignment of training programs with company standards, policies, and business goals.

• Conduct regular assessments, evaluations, and coaching sessions to improve employee performance.

• Support employee development and continuous learning initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience in Training and Development, Learning & Development, or related role.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Creative and knowledgeable in creating training materials and presentation designs.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience coordinating with Store Operations and handling operational training.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing Supervisors and Officers.
• Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills and personality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
