- Line-manage, guide, and develop two Training Officers
- Manage the learning platform and ensure all required training materials and resources are organised, up to date, and easily accessible
- Enable employees to revisit training materials and continue learning online at their own pace when required
- Develop training manuals, facilitator guides, presentations, assessments, and digital learning resources
- Monitor participation, learning progress, competency, and training effectiveness
- Maintain accurate training records and provide regular progress reports
- Identify skills and knowledge gaps and introduce targeted development and refresher programmes
- Work closely with Visitor Experience, Operations, Curatorial, Learning, and other relevant teams
- Embed a culture of curiosity, continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, genuine guest engagement, and service excellence
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has
- A minimum of five years’ experience training Visitor Experience teams, guides, or facilitators
- Experience within a museum, contemporary art organisation, or other cultural institution is strongly preferred
