Training Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs through assessments, performance reviews, and business

requirements.

• Design and implement training programs for new and existing employees.

• Conduct induction, onboarding, product/process, soft-skills, customer-service, and healthcare-related

training.

• Develop training modules, presentations, SOPs, manuals, assessments, and other learning materials.

• Train employees on company processes, policies, systems, communication standards, and service protocols.

• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Quality, Clinical, and other departments to understand training

requirements.

• Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and support the development of internal trainers.

• Monitor employee training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, audits, and performance metrics.

• Track training attendance, completion, assessment scores, and overall training effectiveness.

• Conduct refresher training and remedial training based on performance gaps.

• Maintain accurate training records and prepare regular MIS/reports for management.

• Support new-joiner onboarding and ensure employees complete mandatory training within defined

timelines.

• Gather feedback from participants and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

• Ensure training programs are aligned with healthcare quality, patient safety, compliance, and organizational

standards.

• Travel to different branches/locations for training programs as required.

• Ability to develop structured training content and learning materials.

• Strong planning, coordination, and time-management skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Willingness to travel across locations when required.
