We’re looking for an experienced Training Delivery Manager to support a major enterprise technology transformation within the healthcare industry.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who has personally trained end users, prepared super users and trainers, and supported teams through phased implementations, go-live, and hypercare .

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-user training across pilot and rollout waves
• Deliver train-the-trainer sessions
• Build and coach super-user networks
• Provide hands-on go-live and hypercare support
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, environments, and materials
• Track training readiness, completion, and user feedback
• Partner with business, technical, and change teams throughout deployment
• Support consistent training delivery across multiple cohorts

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of enterprise technology training delivery experience
• Proven experience with train-the-trainer and super-user enablement
• Hands-on go-live/hypercare experience
• Experience supporting phased or multi-wave implementations
• Strong facilitation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• AI implementation experience
• Experience working for a consulting firm or systems integrator
• Experience in a regulated industry , ideally healthcare
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving implementation environment

Work Arrangement

🏠 Remote position

✈️ Travel required based on client and project needs , including onsite training, deployment waves, go-live, and hypercare activities.

📌 Contract duration: 6 months
