At Rosemont Care, we support children, young adults and adults with autism, learning disabilities, behavioural challenges and complex clinical needs across home care, domiciliary and supported living services. Our people are everything, so we're creating a brand-new Training Manager role to lead learning across Medway and Romford.

The Role
You'll own training end to end, from CQC mandatory training and induction to specialist modules and compliance reporting.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain the training strategy, matrix and calendar across both branches
• Deliver CQC mandatory training: safeguarding, moving and handling, infection control, first aid and medication awareness
• Keep specialist training current, including autism awareness, Positive Behaviour Support, learning disabilities and complex needs
• Lead induction and the Care Certificate
• Assess competency, monitor compliance and keep records CQC inspection-ready
• Coordinate additional trainers for consistent, high-quality delivery

What You'll Bring

• At least 3 years' experience in Health and Social Care
• Proven experience delivering and coordinating training in a CQC-regulated setting
• Strong experience supporting people with autism, learning disabilities, behavioural challenges and complex needs
• AET Level 3 Award in Education and Training, PTLLS or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between Medway and Romford
• Existing, independent right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship)
