Training Manager

We are looking for a Trainer with experience of coaching and assessment, new standards and supporting individuals with Recruitment and Marketing Businesses working towards their success – Training Experience is Necessary and Recruitment experience is advantageous.

Provide information and guidance to the learner. Lead a team of Coaches in Pakistan.

Working to quality standards and completion of targets.

Assisting with the enrolment of learners

Organising and maintaining documentation of learner’s progress

Person Specification

· Trainer/Assessor Qualifications

· Functional skills Level 2 Maths/English/ICT

· Experience of e-portfolio

· Coaching and Assessing Experience

· Experience of new standards and end-point assessment

· Experience with supporting delivering Qualifications

· Recognised teaching qualification e.g. PTLLS or equivalent

· GCSE English Language or equivalent (Grade A*-C)

· Qualified in the relevant discipline at a Level 3 or above

· Background of working in a customer-facing target driven environment

· Ability to deliver
