Experiences working with training centres and schools preferred

Manage training budget

Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary

Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

Design, facilitate, plan and implement training programs

Organizing trainings events

Design, plan and implement training policies, processes and procedures

Communicating with management to ensure that all needs are met

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees, trainees and also external parties at various levels

Good marketing skills with administrative background will be an advantage

Able to work independently and has good time management skills

Good attitude and steady to handle adhoc tasks

Proficient in MS Office Applications, social media platform

Perform training administration duties and maintain training records

Contribute to the team culture in a positive manner

Any other adhoc projects / tasks delegated by the Managing Director
