Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Trainer or Training Manager. - Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to assess training needs and develop effective training programs. - Proficiency in using training software and tools. - Strong organizational and project management skills.
