Training Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to lead our training initiatives across various locations in India, particularly in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. As a Training Manager, you will work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees. - Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements. - Facilitate Train the Trainer (TTT) sessions to empower internal trainers. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics. - Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with business objectives and employee development plans. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development. - Prepare and manage training budgets, ensuring cost-effective training solutions. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Trainer or Training Manager in a BPO or similar environment. - Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to assess training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments. - Proficient in using training software and tools.
