Training Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage robotics, AI and STEM training programmes across schools, colleges and institutions.
• Plan training schedules, trainer deployment and programme execution.
• Lead, mentor and monitor trainers to ensure quality training delivery.
• Coordinate with school principals, college faculty and institutional clients.
• Ensure effective delivery of robotics, Arduino, Python, AI, IoT and electronics programmes.
• Monitor student learning outcomes, assessments, feedback and project completion.
• Manage robotics kits, laboratory equipment, inventory and training resources.
• Maintain training records, CRM/LMS updates and management reports.
• Ensure adherence to training standards, student safety and Company policies.
• Coordinate with technical, sales and operations teams to achieve delivery targets.
• Travel and manage training deployments across Maharashtra and India as required.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills

• Robotics: Arduino Uno/Nano, ESP32/ESP8266, sensors, actuators, DC motors, servo motors and motor drivers.
• Programming: C/C++, Embedded C, Python and basic debugging.
• Robotics Projects: Line-following robots, obstacle-avoiding robots, Bluetooth-controlled robots and autonomous systems.
• AI & Computer Vision: OpenCV, image processing and basic machine learning.
• IoT: ESP32/ESP8266, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth communication, MQTT and sensor-data monitoring.
• Advanced Technologies: Raspberry Pi, drone technology, CAD/CAM, 3D printing and basic ROS/ROS2.
• STEM Curriculum: Practical lesson planning, project-based learning and technical assessment.
• Laboratory Management: Robotics kits, electronic components, tools, testing equipment and inventory.
