Job Title: Training Manager

Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

• As the training manager of the European Region, be responsible for the sales development and delivery guidance of training solutions in one or more rep offices.

• Training requirement analysis: Communicate with the customer's business owner or manager independently, collect and analyze the customer's business activities in a specific domain, identify the problems in the customer's most critical business activities, and clarify, confirm, and manage the customer's requirements and provide professional guidance.

• Training solution design: Based on the customer's training requirements and equipment environment, develop training solutions for different customer positions, and communicate and align with the customer. As the pre-sales personnel of the training solution, support the bidding of Huawei frontline project teams or proactively expand the customer's training requirements.

• KPIs related to professional training services: Achieve the order, revenue, and gross profit KPIs, and achieve the customer satisfaction target.

Requirements:

• Knowledge: Have ICT-related technical background and be familiar with IT or CT solutions, including wireless, core network, datacom, storage, and cloud, etc.
• Ability: ICT pre-sales solution guidance capability, good communication skills, and interpersonal connection capability.
• Experience: Experience in the ICT industry is preferred. Experience in account management, sales, and pre-sales positions is preferred.
• Others: Good business understanding, execution capability, and strong customer service awareness.
