Training Manager, Dermatology

For our client, we are seeking a Training Manager, Dermatology to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will shape and deliver training strategies that support field onboarding, brand readiness, and ongoing commercial effectiveness across dermatology-focused franchises. The Training Manager will partner closely with sales and marketing teams to build learning experiences that strengthen product knowledge, clinical confidence, and selling skills while aligning with business priorities and regulatory expectations. This person will also serve as a trusted adult learning resource, helping ensure programs are practical, scalable, and effective in the field.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $116,000 – $182,270 annually

Responsibilities

• Support one or more franchises with training strategies for field onboarding and brand initiatives.
• Lead the creation and delivery of training programs, focusing on product, clinical, and sales skills.
• Develop learning workshops aligned with business objectives in collaboration with sales and marketing partners.
• Act as a subject matter expert on adult learning and share best practices across the team.
• Facilitate training for new hires, management, and advanced skill training workshops.
• Ensure training materials meet market trends and comply with regulatory standards.
• Manage external consultant contracts and relationships to meet training needs.
• Oversee budget management for training initiatives and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years in life science/pharmaceutical field sales and/or marketing
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
• Experience in Training/Learning & Development and/or Commercial Strategy is preferred
• IT/eLearning/Web Management Platform knowledge is a plus
• Dermatology experience preferred
